Mat Pilates Certification

Mat Pilates work is the foundation of a solid Pilates practice. The great news is that you don't need any equipment so you can do it anytime, anywhere! Let's go over what to expect.

Cost: This course cost is $1,500. This cost includes your attendance fee, studio fee, manual, two books (Return to Life and Pilates Anatomy), ongoing support for our program, a 50% discount at Sun Pilates, a place to practice, unlimited re-takes of the training course and access to all provided workshops. A deposit of $500 will be accepted as soon as you join the program and the remaining balance can be paid on or before the first day of class.

Time Commitment: The course will be approximately 3 days of 4-6 hours each day. Once you have completed the course you can begin logging your personal practice, observation, and apprentice teaching hours. We require 15 observation hours, 45 personal practice hours, and 60 apprentice teaching hours. We understand this is a lot. This will ensure your future success!

The training dates for this certification in 2025 are:  August 29th, 30th & 31st 2025.

Friday the 29th we will begin at 1 pm to approx. 6 pm

Saturday the 30th we will begin at 11 am and go to approx. 5 pm with the workshop "Hips Don't Lie" running from 1 pm to 2:30 pm

Sunday the 31st we will begin at 9 am and go to approx. 2 or 3 pm
