Comprehensive Pilates Certification

Cost: This course cost is $6,000. This cost includes your attendance fee, studio fee, manual, two books (Return to Life and Pilates Anatomy), ongoing support for our program, a 50% discount at Sun Pilates, a place to practice, unlimited re-takes of the training course and access to all provided workshops. A deposit of $500 will be accepted as soon as you join the program and the remaining balance can be paid on or before the first day of class.

Time Commitment: The course will be approximately 9 days of 4-6 hours each day. Once you have completed the course you can begin logging your personal practice, observation, and apprentice teaching hours. We require 70 observation hours, 165 personal practice hours, and 215 apprentice teaching hours. We understand this is a lot. This will ensure your future success!

Here is a more detailed breakdown of the required hours:

Reformer Level 1: 10 hours observation, 30 hours personal practice, 40 hours apprentice teaching

Reformer Level 2: 10 hours observation, 20 hours personal practice, 35 hours apprentice teaching

Reformer Level 3: 5 hours observation, 15 hours personal practice, 15 hours apprentice teaching

Ladder Barrel: 5 hours observation, 5 hours personal practice, 5 hours apprentice teaching

Spine Corrector: 5 hours observation, 5 hours personal practice, 5 hours apprentice teaching

Cadillac: 10 hours observation, 20 hours personal practice, 25 hours apprentice teaching

Chair: 10 hours observation, 25 hours personal practice, 30 hours apprentice teaching

Mat: 15 hours observation, 45 hours personal practice, 60 hours apprentice teaching

The training dates for this certification in 2025 are: 

Level 1 Reformer - February 7th & 8th 2025.

Friday the 7th we will begin at 1 pm to approx. 6 pm

Saturday the 8th we will begin at 11 am and go to approx. 5 pm with the workshop "Head, Neck and Shoulders" running from 1 pm to 2:30 pm

Ladder Barrel & Spine Corrector - February 9th 2025.

Sunday the 9th we begin at 9 am and go to approx. 2 pm

Level 2 Reformer - April 4th & 5th 2025.

Friday the 4th we will begin at 1 pm to approx. 6 pm

Saturday the 5th we will begin at 11 am and go to approx.  3 pm with the workshop "Know the Knees" running from 1 pm to 2:30 pm

Cadillac - April 5th & 6th 2025.

Saturday the 5th we will begin at 2:30 pm and go to approx. 5 or 6 pm with the workshop "Know the Knees" running from 1 pm to 2:30 pm

Level 3 Reformer - June 6th 2025.

Friday the 6th we will begin at 1 pm to approx. 6 pm

Chair - June 7th & 8th 2025.

Saturday the 7th we will begin at 11 am and go to approx. 5 or 6 pm with the workshop "Deep Dive Into The Foot" running from 1 pm to 2:30 pm

Sunday the 8th we will begin at 9 am and go to approx. 2 pm.
